    9 Fix for SCBD with large number of load cells may show "Cannot read version from mainboard" upon indicator startup. Operation would work correctly after that. Setup was not allowing enough time for the initialization. Add/Edit Operator now has "Web Page" yes/no to specify if operator may login to web page. If yes "File Mgr" will determine whether file manager web page may be used by the operator, and "Config" will determine whether administration web page may be used by the operator.
