    33825 app development is done in a preconfigured Linux virtual machine. The virtual machine may be run in VMWare Workstation on a Windows 10/11 PC. It is recommended that your PC have at least 16G of RAM. The memory allocated to the VM may be adjusted in the VMWare workstation settings for optimal performance.

    5 Contact your Cardinal representative for download information. Be sure that a good deal of disk space is available for the virtual machine. The download is a 7-zip compressed archive.

    717The latest version of the VM "Dev825Gen2" is based on the Fedora 41 KDE Linux distribution. 32-bit apps are no longer supported. Therefore this VM does not support Legacy 825 app development.
